Is RecruitControl a recruiting service?
No. RecruitControl does not recruit athletes or connect them with colleges. Instead, it helps families evaluate opportunities and make informed decisions using a structured framework.
Do you rank or compare athletes?
No. We never rank or compare athletes against one another. Every assessment is personalized and focused on the individual athlete’s goals, priorities, and circumstances.

What is the Clarity Report?
The Clarity Report is a personalized summary generated after completing the assessments. It includes clarity scores, family alignment insights, decision readiness, priority analysis, risk indicators, and recommended next steps.
How long does it take to complete the assessments?
Most athletes and parents can complete their assessments in approximately 20–30 minutes, depending on the level of detail they provide.
Can parents complete assessments separately?
Yes. Parents have their own assessment experience, allowing RecruitControl to compare perspectives and generate meaningful family alignment insights.
Can I update my answers later?
Absolutely. You can revisit your assessments whenever your priorities or circumstances change. Your Clarity Report updates to reflect your latest responses.

Not in the current beta version. Our focus is helping families evaluate opportunities objectively rather than recommending specific schools.
